Account Information: Username, password, and security questions when creating or managing an Account.
Payment Information: Account number, expiration date, security code, and billing address required to process payments.

5. SMS and Phone Communications
By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., during application, by texting a keyword, checking a box, or via other method), you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages and phone calls from us for informational, transactional, and promotional purposes.
5.1 Program Description
Billy Buster Capital offers SMS messaging services to communicate with you about your account, services, promotions, and other relevant information.
5.2 Types of SMS Messages
You may receive the following types of SMS messages: service notifications and account updates; transactional messages related to your interactions with Billy Buster Capital; application status updates; reminders and updates on your loan application; product updates or other information; marketing and promotional offers (if you've opted in); and customer service responses.
5.3 Message Frequency
Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month for promotional content, or as requested. Transactional and service messages are sent as needed based on your activity and application status.
5.4 Costs and Carrier Compatibility
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Billy Buster Capital is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
Carrier Compatibility: Messages are compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.
5.5 Consent and Opt-In
Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you are agreeing to receive electronic communications from Billy Buster Capital. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Non-Requirement: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or using the Service. You are not required to agree to receive promotional messages as a condition of obtaining financing or using Billy Buster Capital's services.
5.6 Opting Out of SMS Communications
You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by: replying "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to any message; closing your loan application or terminating your account; clicking a link within the message (if provided); or emailing us at info@billybuster.com to remove your phone number from our database.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Please note that opting out of promotional messages does not opt you out of important transactional or service-related messages necessary for account management.

5.8 Collection and Use of SMS Data
We collect and store the following information related to SMS communications: your mobile phone number; the content of SMS messages sent and received; date and time of messages; and message delivery status.
This information is used to: deliver the SMS services you requested; improve our services and customer experience; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud and ensure security; and provide customer support.
5.9 Phone Communications
You agree to receive personalized phone communications via phone calls. We may contact you via phone to provide updates on your application, customer service, or other information related to our services.
6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data. We may share it in the following circumstances:
With Service Providers: To perform functions on our behalf (e.g., SMS service providers, hosting, analytics, payment processing, credit checks, background check providers, technology and hosting providers), under strict confidentiality agreements.
